When your child leaves home, the worry doesn’t leave with them.

You’re excited for their new adventure.
You know it’s time for them to spread their wings.

But your mind keeps going to the worst case scenarios
about their safety and wellbeing.

Dial Down Worry is a guided program designed to help you
continue to care deeply—
without living in a constant
state of vigilance.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Your mind keeps going back to worries about your child throughout the day,
even when you’re trying to focus on something else

  • You use apps to constantly monitor your child, staying on alert for any potential danger

  • You imagine things that could go wrong, even when everything is fine

  • You feel a sense of responsibility for everything

  • You try to “stay on top of things” so that nothing terrible happens

  • You notice that even when everything is okay, it’s still hard to fully relax

  • You tend to jump in and fix things, worried that your child won’t be able to handle it on their own

  • You tell yourself to stop worrying—but it never works.

If so, you’re not alone.
And there’s nothing wrong with you.

This isn’t just overthinking.

Your mind is doing exactly what it was designed to do—
scan for threats that could impact your child’s wellbeing.

Think about it this way.
If your smoke detector goes off every time you used the toaster,
you’d recognize that the system was overly sensitive to danger.

And that’s what’s happening here.
Your internal alarm system is dialed up.

What if something’s wrong?
What if I miss something?
What if they’re not okay?

And because there’s no clear resolution,
the system keeps running.

That’s where the loop begins.

What’s Happening

And simply telling yourself to just stop worrying never works.

And that’s because it’s not a willpower problem.
It’s a pattern that your mind has learned to run, automatically.

But patterns can be understood, and transformed.

And when you learn about what’s driving this one,
you can begin to step out of it.

What This Program Helps You Do

The Dial Down Worry program isn’t about getting rid of care or concern.

It’s about changing your relationship to worry— so that it no longer runs in the background of your life.

Inside the program, you’ll learn to:

  • Understand what’s actually driving the worry—not just what it’s about on the surface

  • Recognize the patterns your mind runs, and why they keep repeating

  • See the underlying beliefs that make it feel so hard to let go

  • Reduce the urge to monitor, manage, or fix things in order to feel okay

  • Stay connected to your child without carrying everything they’re going through

  • Feel more settled and steady, even when things are uncertain

  • Let go of the sense that you have to stay on alert in order to be a good parent

You’ll learn how to care deeply…without carrying a burden all the time.

What’s Inside the Program

There are nine short sessions. In each one, you’ll:

WATCH

A 6–12 minute video introducing the session’s core idea in a clear, grounded way.

FEEL

A 5–7 minute guided audio session to help you connect with the experience beneath the worry, and begin to
shift it.

NOTICE

A brief workbook reflection to help you recognize your own patterns as they show up.

APPLY

One small, practical step to carry into your day, so that change begins to take hold.

This program was created by a former college professor and therapist with two master’s degrees (in communication and counseling), who has spent years helping people understand and untangle anxiety and relationship patterns.

Throughout the program, you’ll be guided through a clear framework that helps you:

  • Understand the different ways worry shows up

  • See the patterns it follows

  • Learn how to shift it in a steady, sustainable way

You can move through the sessions at your own pace, and return to any part of the program whenever you need it.

Who This is For

This program is for parents who:

  • Have a child who has recently left home or is in college

  • Care deeply—but feel like that care has started to take over in a negative way.

  • Are open to looking at their own patterns, not just trying to manage the situation

  • Want a different way of relating to worry, not just temporary relief

  • Are ready to feel more steady, for themselves and for their child.

You don’t have to stop caring.
But you may be ready to carry it differently.

There is Another Way

If this has been your experience, you already know how exhausting
it can feel.

And at the same time, it makes sense—because it comes from love.

But there is another way to move through this stage:
one where you stay connected,
but not consumed;
where you care deeply, while still giving them space to learn and grow.

Dial Down Worry will guide you there—step by step.

Price
