The heart of the program. A 10-minute structured audio experience, informed by the same principles behind transformative in-person sessions — you’ll delve into the thoughts, feelings and sensations driving the worry. More than a relaxation exercise, this is where change actually happens.
03 — The Reflection Journal
Prompts to document what came up during the deep dive session. The program contains a 30 page downloadable pdf workbook.
